I'm kind of hoping that the Hunter x Hunter 2024 workflow catches on as a standard. Pre-producing what is essentially a graphic novel length tankobon during a hiatus and 'then' serializing it over the course of a season strikes me as totally reasonable.
Just spent 10-months on a 24 strip webcomic I’m gonna start posting next month. Felt pretty good to work like that. And now I’ve got time to work on all the other stuff that goes into posting it.
