Science is hard. You gotta prove it, test it, and reproduce the results. Pseudoscience is easy. You make it up, add some fear, and watch ignorant people spread it.
Scientific truth, is, like every other form of truth, a function of power. And it's mostly driven by the insatiable demand for profits by the monopolists that dominate the global economy.
