This is plainly unconstitutional — and the president knows it.
But more than that, it’s another blatant attempt by Trump to rig the next election, and gerrymander more Republican seats.

So not understanding the purpose of the census is another notch in Donald's belt of stupid. It is amazing the depth of intellectual impairment & psychotic behaviors that can be covered up by wealth, entitlement & toadies. Works for royal families too.
