He's referring to the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, it's not an "IQ Test". It's designed to screen for dementia and other neurological issues and tests short-term memory, basic problem solving (how to put your pants on), etc.

The fact that he thinks its an IQ test suggests he'd fail an IQ test.

  1. Passing a cognitive exam is not the flex he thinks it is and only goes to show just how ignorant he truly is.

Congratulations, you know how to read the hands on a clock, but you still don't know shit about the economy, nor have you released the Epstein files yet.

  2. He's telling us something, but he's too demented to know that he is telling us something: they're regularly testing him for dementia. Basic rule: if they tell you you're acing the dementia test, you're not acing the dementia test.

  3. My daughter specializes in geriatrics & has to administer these tests all the time. No matter how they do they always tell them they did great. No doctor is going to tell a cognitively impaired person they are cognitively impaired šŸ¤”šŸ˜•

  4. My mom had dementia and we had the hardest time with getting the diagnosis because she could pass the test. It’s considered a pass if you struggle but can still name the word if they give you a prompt. That and being able to draw a clock
