He's referring to the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, it's not an "IQ Test". It's designed to screen for dementia and other neurological issues and tests short-term memory, basic problem solving (how to put your pants on), etc.

My daughter specializes in geriatrics & has to administer these tests all the time. No matter how they do they always tell them they did great. No doctor is going to tell a cognitively impaired person they are cognitively impaired š¤š
