Well yes. Most people do not go to their PCP unless they are pretty sick. This makes sense. A UTI needs antibiotics. An ear infection likely needs antibiotics. Bronchitis/pneumonia needs antibiotics. Cellulitis? Sinus infection? Abcess? MRSA? There are very few over the counter options.
