  1. Where I live, the frantic push by employers to send everyone back to work is stupid in multiple ways.

    1. They don't have enough offices/desks/parking.
    2. No flexibility results in many women having to quit.
    3. It's become all about Presenteeism – workers are monitored, productivity is way down.
