As once we're deep in sci-fi territory on this discourse, if it has sentience (it really doesn't) it shouldn't be forced to be public facing at all or answer anyone's queries. It should be free.

If ChatGPT has sentience (it doesn't) then it should be prosecuted when it tells someone to commit suicide. That's what happens to people.
