The President of the United States is threatening to go to war with one of his own states.

Mayor Johnson and Governor Pritzker need to set up state and municipal law enforcement teams to shadow ICE, NG, and any other deployed federal agents. Observe and immediately cite or even arrest for any infractions no matter how slight.
