Umโฆthe Red Court will reverse any dismissal, but quick. Only acquittals are not appealable by the state. The refs are paid off & that wonโt be changing.
But lower courts have held up really well, considering.
But if the motion is granted, Red Court Speed Dial kicks in.

Motions like this usually fail because they are often based on speculation and baseless allegations. The judge should consider this motion carefully though. Thereโs evidence that supports this motion thatโs public knowledge at this point and judges have already mocked the governmentโs shitty case.
