Sure, the facilitators of genocide run the British state.
They can use the state machinery to crush opponents of genocide.
They bet that no government will ever be elected which enforces the Genocide Convention, which criminalises complicity in genocide.
They'll lose this bet.
Let's hope a government willing to participate in a genocide won't willingly turn that same violence on their own citizens... though, by that point, they'll have labelled all that oppose them as 'terrorists' and their supporters will call for, and celebrate, the destruction of 'terrorists'.
