The White House wants to keep its cases out of skeptical federal district courts. Judges are finding ways to reel them back in.

Glad to see the judge is following actual precedent and forcing the SCOTUS majority to do its job. I also don't see how a lawsuit seeking prospective relief that is challenging the constitutionality of an executive policy falls within the confines of the Tucker Act.
