If I gave you an encyclopedia, had someone copy that by hand, someone else copy that, and a person who doesn't read/write this language copy THAT, then ran it through a 1980s OCR machine, would it be a good transmission of information?

The technology is basically like that.

It cannot "get better" at being actually true. It can only get better at "seeming correct for non-informed people" which means it's only a disinformation machine.

Do we need to automate disinformation?
