Canada needs to encourage COVID-19 vaccine manufacturing & research here! An option for vaccine tourism might be a plan. I disagree with selling medicine but it might be in Quisling Smith’s wheelhouse if she could profit, she might consider allowing pharmacies to stock & administer vaccines.
