EV adoption is reasonably high (i think), at least in areas. Charging infrastructure is good. Electricity production is crap because 30 years ago the governors were super interested in natural gas and pipelines thinking it was the way to retire nuclear (which was seen as the worst form of energy).

    If you’re serious about climate change and stopping so many kids from getting sick the adoption and charging rates are objectively poor compared to other developed countries, or California. That’s the rub, global problem, handicapping expectations to inept ares won’t help
