I don’t believe it’s his doing but he certainly doesn’t have a full hold of his caucus.

The goal of Schumer's patented surrender plan is to trick the base into focusing their anger on the retiring/safe yes votes while giving cover to the rest of the caucus to safely and irrelevantly vote no.
He keeps doing it, and the caucus keeps supporting him because this is what they want.

LOL, Schumer betrayed the Dems six months ago, and the 8 that just did it again are all Schumer's closest buddies.Schumer has just failed miserably as Dem leader, again, he needs to resign. It will come out that Schumer negotiated this "deal" and was prepared to vote for it if they needed his vote.
