It was changed manually, and deliberately. There is no "coding error" that cause this.
@librarycongress.bsky.social is lying, like the "run by anti-American fascists" organization it is now.
Side Note: I'm happy to be proven wrong, if I am, I just don't see any evidence of how "coding" could be the issue.
This 100% appears that the content was removed by a person, not by a bug in program code.
