Line item vetos has been ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. So, how exactly does an appeals court find this legal when the foreign aid is part of the congressional budget?
Since the US courts have decided that Congress doesn't have any power, why do we need Congress? If the executive is going to set the funding levels, which is in the Constitution congress's job, but the courts are taking that away, let's save money and fire them all... Why they needed?
