You used to be able to crash at the White House for free early in the countries history because it was considered a public home and you could just come and go as you pleased

Why not move the excess homeless into the White House?
According to the current Point-In-Time (PIT) Count from Jan 2025:
5,138 homeless people in Washington DC 4,340 total beds in 440 shelters
You think Trump was prepared for that?
