I work in the film industry & I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but this looked like a hastily prepped stunt gone wrong. Only a few people in on it. For a photo-op. 45s numbers were tanking. He needed a boost. A hero shot.
The blood was a squib, the kid was likely supposed to have blanks in his gun.
