Seems to me if we had the greatest political system in the world, it wouldn’t equip a maniacal bully with the ability to demolish everything in the world on a whim, to protect his ego from knowledge of his own profound ignorance.
trump is a once in a lifetime kind of anomaly. He came at the right time for bigots in this country to have a savior.
The system would be holding if not for SCOTUS, the severe cowardice of the Republican party and the Democratic party's inability to fight the way it's needed.
