In any case, how many Brits are actually affected by 90/180 rule? Those who moved to EU and acquired residency don't care, holidaymakers don't care, everyone who wants to work in the EU seasonally must have a visa, and 6 months visa is not enough to people with a retirement property in EU. Cui bono?
I know dozens affected by the 90/180 rule. 100's who's hopes of retirement here were dashed. I have dual nationality & I flipping DO care, very, very much for those subject to the 90/180 rule!!!

90!180 is what keeps the borders open between France and Spain or Belgium.
90/180 stops third-country nationals taking plum work without registering or paying taxes
90/180 is part of one of the the greatest achievements in European history.

But why don't they accept that it's their own country, the UK, who made them suffer? It's not the fault of the EU that British are inconvenienced. Further, tabling the motion in the British Parliament to change EU law is quite strange, don't you think?
