You guys can't do this shit for everything. Sorry, but yes, I'm always interested in learning new ways to speed up the most tedious parts of my job (transcribing things) so I can do the parts I actually enjoy (writing!)
It's funny because Google Voice literally did transcripts of voice messages left on your account and I'm sure it used similar tech but since Google didn't call it AI, no one cared.
