One of the hardest parts of my job is visiting a 90y/o landowner in the hospital to discuss their bill for this years crop & what prepay fertilizer prices for next year crop will be.

I enjoy being with this person but I don’t enjoy the circumstance of the visit, especially at today’s prices.
