There are people, myself included, who would be happy if academia and business peeled back DEI, for example, but we see it as unacceptable for POTUS to use the vast reserve powers of the Presidency to ban them.

  1. The examples given are both clear "no"s - DC and NYC are not crime-ridden. The Ivies are not antisemitic. But many other topics don't have such a clear answer and we can/should just focus on illegitimate use of power to try to pretend POTUS is the governor of every state and pres of every Uni.
