As a bird lover, I appreciate that these Portland city councilors call themselves, "Peacocks."

This is the Al overview of peacocks. It seems to fit with this bunch: "Peacocks, while visually striking and capable of some clever behaviors, are generally not considered highly intelligent birds. They are known for their elaborate courtship displays and can be quite adept at recognizing and responding to food or threats, but they also exhibit behaviors that suggest a lack of certain survival instincts."

I suspect that before it's over with, there will be a restraining order filed by peahen Morillo against one of her peacocks.
