  1. Hmm, hero? healthcare workers in labs, hospitals, nursing homes were heroโ€™s, he was a Dr, educated and dealing with an unprecedented pandemic, calmly and truthfully, presenting new info as it happened, all while dealing with dangerous doncon and his minions, didnโ€™t quit, refused to lie, integrity

  2. Absolutely and unfortunately we might have to call upon him again to fix the damage that's done or at the very least run the HR to get people back that have been forced out

  3. OMG He tried. I remember when Hump held that news conference and suggested People drink Bleach. I Thought that was the lowest point in his presidency. I was so wrong

  4. Saved a nation all while fighting an uphill battle against a f-ing orange moron and his minions!

  5. TRUMP TAKES CREDIT FOR "OPERATION WARP SPEED"- MRNA vaccines which SAVED MILLIONS OF AMERICANS'/HUMANS GLOBALLY- when he's not contradictorily claiming it a supposed "Democrat hoax"? Trump catastrophically cut all funding for MRNA Science/Research/Development in USA. Fauci was always the true HERO!

  6. That was the end of the era of capable intellects. Now, we have entered the era of the ignorant!

  7. The family got vaccinated against coronavirus, and as a result:

    • the husband died of corona in 2022.
    • the children got sick with this virus anyway
    • I was also sick for two weeks.

Question: was it worth it to inject your shoulder?

  8. Forever blessed...thank you Dr. Fauci for hanging in there with the bombastic LIAR!

  9. How soon we forget. Remember the GOP leader spread up production of vaccines but HAD NO PLANS IN PLACE FOR IMPLEMENTING IT. just saying

  10. I think he held his post to try and steer us through a bad time when he could have thrown his hands in the air and walked away due to Trumpโ€™s stupidity.

    Hero though... no.

  11. Absolutely, dedicated medical professional for over 50 year, served with honor and distinction , with utmost concern for the health of the people of America & the world.

  12. Despite all the crap he had to take from 47, he stuck with his principles and spoke truth to power. I truly believe many more Americans would have died during the pandemic if we had not followed his guidance on masking and vaccines.

  13. I think he did his job somewhat poorly. He didn't combat vaccine skepticism effectively. He also created a kerfuffle over masks by saying we don't need them, then backtracking.

While I understand he was trying to protect healthcare workers during a mask shortage, he should have just said that.

  14. The people I have the most respect for are the ones who can realize that what they are doing is wrong and change. He, at one point, realized that what he was doing with regard to HIV was wrong and he started listening to the protesters. It made all the difference.

  15. Absolutely. True to the facts provided by science in the face of horrific hate and pressure

  16. Dr. Fauci is a great man and a hero. You could total up all the good this current administration (cabinet) has accomplished in their entire lifetimes, and they would still fall short of Dr. Fauci's accomplishments. I know I am Mr. Obvious. ๐Ÿค”

  17. As a virologist, he is and has been my hero for decades.

I canโ€™t tell you how great it is to see him recognized as such by so many others, despite the MAGAt morons.

  19. Yes, he saved lives, while trump killed thousands of people. Please don't forget how many of them died because of misinformation about Covid.

  20. He is that and more! A wonderful American that cares more for humanity than drumpf's entire administration!

  21. But didn't he never get a medical degree, shoot heroin for 14 years and abuse his wife to the point where she committed suicide? Oh, sorry, that's RFK Jr. I'm thinking of.

  22. No, not a hero. He was simply doing a job well that he was eminently trained for and experienced in. He certainly deserves our thanks.

  23. FOR DECADES ! 25. Definitely . He never wavered all the time Trump and maga treated him horrendously. He could have retired and had an easy life but he cared about the American people - much respect for men like him!

At least he is actually a Doctor that KNOWS what heโ€™s talking about. I hope he is finding peace and joy in his retirement. โค๏ธ

  27. Absolutely! What a horrible way to retire. They treated him like ๐Ÿ’ฉ. So utterly disrespectful! ๐Ÿ’™โœŒ๐Ÿผ

  28. Dr. Fauci certainly had one of the worst job experiences one can have in modern life: having a boss who is a complete idiot.

  29. Yes and no. He saved many lives. Yet helped create the CDC Opioid guidelines that killed so many people. Pain medicines were taken away, quickly not tritiated off and many died.

  30. Damn right! Dr. Fauci is not just an American hero. He saved tens of millions of lives worldwide!

  32. Always and forever a hero. He stood up to the bully to help save men, women and children lives.

  33. Yes. Dubya thought Dr. Fauci is an American hero. He gave Dr. Fauci the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian award in the United States.

All Republicans have these are are ruining reputations and lies. Then they turn around and claim they're "Christian '.

  34. Those of us who have read his book know full well how lucky we are that he was in the right place at the right time. I'll be forever grateful to Dr. Fauci for his unwavering leadership.
