This is another example as to why the number one priority of the next president from the Democratic Party, with a Senate and House also controlled by the DEM, to do a Supreme Court reform: expand it to 13 justices, enforceable code of ethics and term limits. The Roberts court majority must end soon.

This is a clear and concise reason for the next Democrat president to expand the court to 13. That way each numbered federal district will have a specific justice to over see it. And the 2 special lettered districts will also have their own justice as well.
