A 15-year old girl and her 15-year-old companion beat up "Big Balls" in D.C., so even though they're in custody and crime there is at its lowest in 30 years, a "juvenile curfew zone" is now declared from 8-11 pm and a city-wide youth curfew at 11 pm, in advance of Trump's announcement tomorrow.🙄
And wasn't it early in the morning like 2 or 3 am? Why is anyone walking around anywhere at that hour? So Big Balls got beat by a couple of girls?

Just curious about what age groups falls into the "juvenile" and the “youth” zones. Where I live high school kids are the ones serving fast food and working as cashiers in the evenings. When my kids were high school minors they didn’t get home from work until 9/10:00 weekdays & 11/12:00 on weekends.
