BREAKING: The Texas House votes to issue arrest warrants for Democrats who left the state to block the GOP from taking a vote on its congressional redistricting plan.
However, an election lawyer says the warrant is likely “not effective” outside of Texas.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) threatened to “remove the missing Democrats from membership in the Texas House” and use his “full extradition authority to demand the return to Texas.”
Abbott would be unable to use his extradition powers because no criminal offense has been committed by Democrats.

Every state needs to STOP gerrymandering.
An independent committee should draw the districts in every state. And, they should NOT have info on the political affiliation of the residents. Only way to do it right.
