    Expulsion and annexation seems to have been the genocide plan from the beginning, 13 Oct 2023. This 5-step plan by Israel's Ministry of Intelligence calls for the expulsion of all Palestinians from Gaza through Rafah into the Sinai Desert.

Due to the fighting against Hamas, the evacuation of the non-combatant population from the combat zone was required. 2. Israel will work to evacuate the civilian population to Sinai. 3. In the first phase, tent cities will be established in the Sinai region; later, a humanitarian corridor will be created to assist the civilian population of Gaza and cities will be built in a repopulated area in northern Sinai. 4. A sterile zone of several kilometers inside Egypt must be created and the population must not be allowed to return to activity/residence near the Israeli border, in addition to creating a security perimeter in our territory near the border with Egypt...

    The state authorities in Israel need to pack up Netanyahu, Ben-Gvir, and Smotrich for The Hague. Arrive at their homes unannounced simultaneously. Hood ‘em, cuff ‘em, and bundle them onto a private plane for the trip and let the ICC take care of them.
