As a retired elementary teacher, I can’t imagine how I would be able to teach second graders now how to use capital letters correctly with this nonsense going on.

He writes similarly to how he speaks. It's a style, if you want to call it that, that S. Miller and AI have pretty much successfully replicated in writing his tweets, when he doesn't actually write them himself. The dumbing-down of MAGA continues on a daily basis.
