Actually not quite "You did it too". After all these territories are considered Russian by Russia so what it is doing, in its eyes, is putting Russian war orphans up for adoption. The US on the other hand did not consider Vietnamese orphans to be American, but snatched thousands of them anyway.
It's a moronic statement by any rational measure. It doesn't matter what the invaders think. They're invaders trying to excuse their behavior as they create orphans (literally by that logic they're killing other Russians and stealing the orphans they've made). You sound ridiculous.
