When did Congress pass the law that funds $8.9 Billion to purchase Intel stock?

Because < checks notes > it’s the Legislative branch that holds the power of the purse, right?

Where did all the “deficit hawks” go?

I have concerns.

The Criminal Liar in Chief stated Intel will GIVE the US Govt. a 10% stake in its business.

Intel released a statement the US Govt will invest $8.9 bn in Intel stock, purchasing about 9.9% stock.

Once again, never believe anything that comes out of the lying conman's mouth.

  1. Any other chip makers in the US would have to be really upset about this. The Federal Government is now conflicted when it comes to policy for this market.

  2. Congress hasn't said anything about money going anywhere. People haven't noticed this Administration hasn't asked Congress anything, they just do what they want. Its taxpayer money spent but a lot of things go 2 Trump finances. Hes grifting, stealing, selling for himself. We pay 4 the new Factions.👎

  3. We no longer need Congress under Trump. They cosign everything with no question. The laziest Congress ever.

  4. The money is from Biden's CHIPS bill or the other one he passed. Trump refused to release the funds unless they gave him the 10%.

So the money was already all9cated to them by Congress.

  5. On a month long vacation, 4x what the average above-average paid worker gets. They’re all in on it. It’s already over. You’re just waiting for an official declaration.

  6. The money used to buy it was grant money they had already been awarded to Intel. Trump has been holding it hostage, and essentially used his position to buy an illegally large amount of control over a public company.
