People who support Letby are using the same tactics as antivaxxers. You may have genuinely fallen for it in the same way as members of the public fell for the lies of antivaxxers. As I said in my post, there are some exceptions.
If we look at the way, for example, the prosecution produced an extremely misleading chart based on selective evidence to 'show' that Letby was the only one present at all the deaths (oddly omitting the ones she wasn't present at), isn't that very antivaxxerish?

There were 13 deaths on the unit. Letby was present for 12. This is what I mean about her supporters spreading misinformation. They are falsely claiming that Letby wasn't present for the deaths where she wasn't charged and people are falling for it. You seem to be one of them.
