There were 13 deaths on the unit. Letby was present for 12. This is what I mean about her supporters spreading misinformation. They are falsely claiming that Letby wasn't present for the deaths where she wasn't charged and people are falling for it. You seem to be one of them.
I'll have to check the numbers, I'm not prepared to take what you say at face value as you clearly have an agenda and aren't open to new perspectives on this. All I do know is that the famous 'chart' was selective. I know the documentary producer/reporter so will ask when I get the chance.

So, in other words, you know nothing about the case, and you've just assumed that a documentary was telling the truth because you know the reporter/producer. Bit like the way antivaxxers never questioned their sources.
