I had steroid injections to reduce my back and neck pain this morning. You are asked to not drink anything for at least four hours before the procedure. Since I'm not a morning person, and my first instinct upon waking is to make myself tea, I asked my husband (a morning person) 1/2
to remind me to not have any tea.
My husband comes from engineering stock, he had a better way of handling this. I found this piece of tape on our coffee/tea maker this morning. Though I did remember not to drink anything, this would have prevented me from making myself a cup of tea! 2/2
I suppose he could have carved you a sign out of softwood, but it's hard to find a nice piece of notea pine on short notice
