yup, in theory before the world cup next year, the little train at the terminals will go to the 'transit hub' which has the rental cards.
LAX sucks for people who live here, but for people visiting it's like 5 times worse!

I'm gonna miss traipsing all my luggage outside of the airport to get on a bus to go to the wrong terminal and go through security 3 times...
