Knowing that the grand juries were basically case agents reporting the details of their investigations and interviews, the determination to get out the transcripts rather than the actual FD-302s kind of says a lot about ‘transparency.’ There is much less preventing the latter.

Do you think dt's DOJ 1.0 ever had their hands on the JE birthday card? My recollection is that there were numerous search warrants issued for his properties but either they didn't collect it or if they did someone had a copy for the WSJ to be able to look at. Could be a # of 3rd parties there
