Those Democrats who are telling us that the midterms will save us are lulling us into disaster. Elections are important, but only when accompanied by an enormous mass movement. Otherwise, the elections won't matter.

The most alarming aspect of his post is "remember, the states are only an agent of the federal govt in elections". Obviously false, he should be impeached for suggesting it. He's trying to federalize elections, contrary to the Constitution. TRUMP IS A TRAITOR AND NEEDS TO BE BEHIND BARS.

In fact- there is no movement that will stop this authoritarian from consolidating power. We need a mass movement to eject, or cause the ejection of, our new dictator. It’s unlikely it will happen by the ballot. Yes- this situation is “this bad”.

There are a good sized number of legacy democratic legislators who fear a huge turnout in their primaries more than than care about a Trump dictatorship. For real. They would rather hold on to their jobs than risk a fight.

It's hard to vote for Democrats as our representatives when they have done nothing to defend us & our country.

We don't need cowards. We need fighters. So far, we've only gotten grumpy posts, TV interviews & whining.

We demand slings & arrows.
