Biden's failed presidency ushered in the 4th reich. Before you @ me, Biden had some brilliant accomplishments but hiring Merrick Garland is the one colossal failure that he will be remembered for. Garland as AG was too timid (or complicit?) for the job. He failed.

I agree with you giving him the consolation prize of AG after Mitch denied Him. Was the Biggest Failure. I think Garland would've made a Good Supreme Court Justice.
