  1. No matter where you are, if it's work or school, even if the education and experience is important... We'd all just want to play video games.

  2. I can totally relate to that. I vividly remember the late '80s and early '90s summers, spent playing and coding on my C64 (and Amiga).

My fondest memories: completing The Last Ninja II for the first time and discovering Maniac Mansion.

  5. I remember Labour Day weekend was the worst.

The sad truth is I'd take any random school day over just about any day as an adult.

  6. You laugh but I was literally eight years old thinking “wow I can’t believe I wasted my entire childhood away being scared of everything I wish I was like other kids” and it was because like 101 Dalmatians was too scary for me to watch as a kid (I was scared of Cruella)

  7. Man, this kid is just line mine.

Gotta say, as a single dad whose ex jumped ship Christmas 2023 for absurd reasons and left everything (and everyone) behind, these strips have been a comfort. Thank you.

  8. I was always told by adults/the media in the 90's that I'd regret all the time I spent indoors playing video games.

Spoiler alert no I did fucking not. Fond memories still of AoE2.
