A nuclear reactor on the moon? Sounds like the premise for a science fiction horror story, not to mention a colossal waste of money. God, this “administration”sucks.
I refer you to a 70s series 'Space: 1999' in which an explosion blows the moon out of Earth's orbit. And when that happens, I look forward to becalmed American surfers storming the White House and arguing about whether to lynch him or stomp him.
