What is that chart showing? Is that spike from an increase in people applying for snap around the pandemic? Or after they fired a ton of federal workers earlier this year?
Also, it’s been noted that the number mostly likely comes from a quarterly estimate of people who had been getting benefits and died recently. Grossly misleading. (Same with Social security claims)
