My 40M spouse had a chat gpt history complaining about my looks 36F. Do I continue our marriage?

I 36F just had our second child a few months ago. My 40M spouse had been distant lately so I went to check his phone to see if anything was up. We both have each others passcodes and have never been secretive. I saw his chat GPT history complaining I was ugly and he feels he "settled for me". He was looking into plastic surgery etc- adding pictures of me with our daughter and asking Al for input. To say I'm devastated is an understatement. I'm not a super model but I know I am pretty. I don't have time to put on make up and do hair. I'm looking after our two children. I also prefer to be natural; I'm comfortable in my own skin.

called him out immediately- and he had a panic attack. He said he's been getting hyper focused on everything and his thoughts spiral. To be fair- I agree with this. He has been obsessing about his blood pressure and is on SO many supplements. He also has a horrible past. His father was physically/ verbally abusive and his mother stayed with him until he was a late teenager. He never talks about his past. I told him he needs to delete chat gpt; take a mental health leave and go seek counseling. I have taken myself and the kids to my parents house.

I just don't know what to do. I love my kids, and I love him. I just feel devastated about what he thinks about me.

What's left to love? He clearly hates her. He went so far as to look for plastic surgeons for her, that's crazy behavior. Reminds me of that article you posted several months ago about the guy in Brazil that signed a paper to have a mole taken off his girlfriend without her consent
