Amen. When we lived in Chicago in the early 60s I spent many, and I mean MANY happy hours at Wrigley. Saw opening day vs. the Cards. Gibson on the mound. Ernie Banks. Ron Santo. Billy Williams. George Altman. What a day. Still have many autographed scorecards from that time. Treasured.

When my son first moved to Chicago, he lived in an apartment 2 blocks from Wrigley Field. You could sit in his living room & hear the roar of the crowd. It was fun to walk his dog past that historic ballpark. Glad the All Star game will take place there. Exciting!

I went to a Cubs vs the Mets game in 1991 while stationed up at the Great Mistakes naval hospital for schooling. Got to see Jordan play in the old Chicago stadium vs the Knicks in the playoffs as well. What a fun 5 months I had up there. Taking the train downtown. Water tower place, etc. 🤘🏼
