It's remarkable how ~2017-2019 was an all-hands existential struggle to eradicate the unacceptable scourge of bigotry and racism from British politics forever, and now it's this, all day, every day, and not a single one of our commentariat has noticed nor has anything to say about it.

    I see a two over here, and another two over there, but if you dare to ask any member of our well-educated and even better-paid lobby journalism and columnist class if they've ever heard of the number four, it's nothing but eye rolls and disdain that anyone would ever be so petulant and uncivil.
