Is Trump going to impose huge secondary tariffs in the next 36 hours on all countries (like China) that buy oil from Russia unless Putin agrees to a ceasefire?

Oil is tricky for him, if Russia stops supplying then the shortfall needs to be made up by more production elsewhere and the price will go up significantly.
His us oil masters would be happy but not so much anyone that drives an ice vehicle - all his base.
