It doesn’t matter. Trump has full immunity from prosecution, controls all three branches of government, and has installed himself as the Head of Federal law enforcement so he decides what is prosecuted and what is not. He also controls all of the DOJ, FBI, CIA, Congress, And SCOTUS.
