I've been finding out recently that (some) recruitment agencies are not passing my CV onto companies even though they're informing me that they have. This is not good at all. If you're in the same boat as me contact the companies direct and ask them if they've seen your CV. That's how I found out.
God, the hiring process has become such an absolute shitshow these days

It really has, if it isn't Ai reading your CV it's recruitment agents just getting you to sign up to them to make them look like they're busy. The company I spoke to when I first found out were so pissed cause they're paying them and he said that they had no applicants from that recruiter
