Are they arguing that GJ-as-a-whole 'reviewed' 2d indict because foreperson, as rep for GJ-as-a-whole, reviewed it? Foreperson as 'corporate rep' theory (similar to 'corps are people too')? Foreperson IS in effect GJ-as-a-whole, as well as an individual member of GJ?
